You may track your order by accessing your online account (if you create one during checkout), viewing the order status and tracking information in the order history details. Once the order is shipped, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent to you with the order details and tracking number, which you may use to track your order.

We ship worlwide, please contact us for delivery costs if your country is not listed.

When you order an Order Confirmation email is sent to you within 24 hours.

You may cancel your order any time as long as it hasn't been processed. Orders that have been processed and shipped will have to be returned to us within 7 days.

Returns & Replacements

The goods must be returned unused and unopened - in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Rococo Chichi.

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please inform us using the Contact Us form below within 7 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. 

Replacement items sent by Rococo Chichi in exchange for faulty goods will be delivered free of charge and will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and checked by Rococo Chichi.

We do not offer refunds/returns on hand butters.
